The Application operates primarily with a local-first architecture. Most of your business data remains stored locally on your mobile device.
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, including:

The Application does not collect precise location information from your device.

2. Google Drive Backup and Synchronization
The Application allows users to back up, restore, and synchronize their local database using their personal Google Drive account.
• Personal Account Storage: All backup files and database records are stored directly in your personal Google Drive account.
• No External Server Storage: The Service Provider does not host, upload, or permanently store your business financial records or invoices on company-owned servers.
• Third-Party Security: Data stored in your Google Drive is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and security standards.
3. Crash Reporting and Analytics
The Application may use Firebase Crashlytics or similar crash reporting tools to collect technical information when the app encounters errors or crashes. This may include:
• Device model
• Operating system version
• App configuration and state
• Error logs and diagnostic data
This data is used solely to resolve bugs and improve app performance. No personal business records or customer financial details are collected through crash analytics.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policies governing data processing:
• Google Play Services (app distribution, licensing, and core functionality)
• Firebase Services (Analytics & Crashlytics for performance monitoring)
• Google Drive API (for user-controlled database backup and sync)

5. Subscriptions and Payments
• The Application may offer paid subscription plans or in-app purchases to unlock premium features.
• All financial transactions and payments are securely processed through the Google Play Billing system.
• The Service Provider does not collect, access, or store credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking information.
• All payment processing is handled exclusively by Google in accordance with Google Play policies.
6. Data Responsibility Disclaimer
The Application provides tools to record and manage business invoices, estimates, and expenses. While backup and synchronization options with Google Drive are provided, the Service Provider is not liable for data loss caused by:
• Loss, theft, or physical damage to your mobile device
• Accidental deletion of local app data or cache
• Google Drive synchronization failures or quota limitations
• Unauthorized access to your personal Google account
• Outages or technical glitches in third-party services
Users are solely responsible for securing their mobile device and maintaining access to their Google Drive backups.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Information may only be disclosed under the following circumstances:
• When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
• To protect user safety, investigate potential fraud, or enforce app rights
• With trusted service providers who assist in operating the app under confidentiality obligations
Aggregated or anonymized diagnostic data may be used to analyze app trends and perform system enhancements.
8. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Since your data is saved locally on your device and backed up to your personal Google Drive account, you retain total control over your data. You can delete your information at any time by:
• Deleting individual records or customer data within the app
• Clearing app storage/cache in your Android Settings
• Deleting the backup database file directly from your Google Drive
• Uninstalling the Application from your device
